The Arkansas Secretary of State announces World Wide Notary as an authorized Electronic Notary Solution Provider as part of their electronic notarization initiative. According to Secretary of State Mark Martin, "We are offering to help Arkansas business owners conduct operations more efficiently and economically," Martin said. "By electronically notarizing documents, procedures can be completed quickly, even if the parties of a transaction are miles apart, and without the expense of printing or mailing paper."

If a notary's commission has expired or has been revoked, DigaSign will prevent that notary from conducting an electronic notarization.
