Cardiff International, Inc. (CDIF) Signed Second "Letter of Intent" to Acquire a Highly Profitable Pizza Chain

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, United States, via eTeligis Inc., 05/22/2014 - - Cardiff International, Inc. (OTCBB: CDIF) (OTC Pink: CDIF) (PINKSHEETS: CDIF) announced today they have entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) agreement to acquire a profitable, well managed, proven, turnkey Pizza Chain with 5 locations throughout Atlanta, GA. CEO Daniel Thompson stated, "We are in the process of verifying financials and hope to have the acquisition agreement signed within the next 10 days. This family Pizza Chain has been in business for 11 years, with little to no debt, has great assets, good management, and high growth potential with lucrative margins."

 

Cardiff CEO Kathy Roberton stated, "This acquisition represents a major turning point on our balance sheet. Acquiring them gives us a great revenue stream as well as strong assets.
