Mr. Wong brings to the Bank 26 years of financial industry experience with an established track record in new business development. Eric will pursue a relationship-based approach in delivering a superior client experience in support of the Bank's commercial lending and wealth strategy.
Throughout the years, Mr. Wong has held high-level positions, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at Capital One Bank where he played an instrumental role in growing revenue through the building of a strong portfolio of relationships over a 10-year period. Previously, he held equally impressive positions of increasing responsibility at Bank of America, CoreStates New Jersey National Bank, Barclays Bank of New York and First Fidelity Bank, all of which make him especially suited to take on the challenge and responsibility of maintaining and building Peapack-Gladstone Bank's commercial lending initiative in support of the Company's strategic plan.
A resident of Monroe Township, NJ, Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from Hiram College and MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
