USEI - U.S. Energy Initiatives Company Update

SANTA CLARITA, CA, United States, via eTeligis Inc., 06/18/2014 - - USEI Cannabis Initiatives Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Energy Initiatives Corporation, Inc. (OTC Pink: USEI) (PINKSHEETS: USEI) is pleased today to announce that USEI is continuing to execute its business plan and on June 27, 28 & 29 we will attend the MJBA Vendor Fair Summer event in Seattle. This is the 3rd event that we a have attended in the state of Washington; sponsored by the Marijuana Business Association. This is the first time that we are attending as a sponsor. Our goals are to expand our footprint into the state of Washington where in just weeks the cannabis industry will be open for business for medical and recreation just like Colorado .

According to Anthony Miller CEO "On April 11, 2014 we provided our last company update and that was and accurate representation of the status of USEI on that date... and currently, almost all of those events are in some ongoing status. Year to date, we have made approximately 10 trips to Colorado to find new legal cannabis business for USEI and have spent over $70,000 in the state to enhance our opportunities and we are continuing to have a presence in the state until we can fulfill our goals and objectives. The only opportunity we have abandoned in the state is hemp growing in 2014 which we... like every other grower in the United States were unsuccessful in obtaining seeds to grow hemp this year. The 2014 Farm Bill made hemp growing more legal but getting seeds from foreign countries was impossible. Colorado is a challenging state to do cannabis business because of their residency laws and it has been a challenge for us. We will continue to press on to reach our goals we just have to find new realistic timetables.

"There are two new business opportunities that we added since that update. One was a cannabis growing opportunity with American Green and the second was a vapor pen business with Lollipop. Our American Green relationship is very strong and we are actively looking at projects in Colorado, California and Washington where we can find synergy to work together. We collectively believe that we will develop great projects in 2014 and ongoing. Our Lollipop venture has ended effective immediately. USEI has opted to source vapor pens from multiple sources, as this industry is changing rapidly and consumer desires and trends change from region to region in the U.S. Our objective is to meet those needs in a more proactive manner which has created a conflicting business atmosphere. One of our goals is to establish a retail store in the state of Washington in 2014; we feel this is in the best interest of USEI.

"Edibles are technically not legal in any state with the exception of Colorado. We are not going to break the law and sell or produce edibles in states where they are not legal. We have developed over 25 edible market ready products and have 3 bakers ready who have developed products for USEI. In the coming weeks we intend to have a significant presence in the state of Washington, where we have legal residency since 2005. We will market our edibles in the U.S. in 2014 and do it in a legal manner.

"The Management of USEI have had 100's of meetings to develop our business plan and have had hundreds of calls to continue to develop USEI business; and have never broken any laws relating to cannabis or securities. Our team has over 30 years in public company business with over 11 public companies and me and my team have unblemished reputations with no lawsuits or SEC issues... Check Google not hearsay... We will continue to conduct business in that manner.

"We recognize that our pace of completing our task have not been stellar or even acceptable however, we will get everything done that we are projecting to be completed. Many of them are retarded because of regulatory issues that impede our progress. We hope that this provides some clarity regarding USEI and any information contrary to this should be considered inaccurate," further commented Miller.
